I'll keep you in mind Adam
, not planning on getting rid yet though, only just bought it
Jay, it cost me £550 extra to insure the Evo with mods declared, everywhere I tried was giving me huge quotes, sky did a good deal for me but it meant I'd have to cancel my existing policy which I'd already taken out on the S15. I tried to sell the S15 before the insurance was due but it didn't happen so by the time it actually went I would have been charged a massive cancelation fee.
the S15 feels like more of a proper sports coupe, lower, much stiffer, more confined, a lot better looking, but twitchy when running reasonable power. The Evo feels like a family car, loads of space inside, you sit a lot higher but are hugged very tightly by the Recaro buckets, the turning circle is seriously piss poor aswell, lol. I'd have liked to compare what it's like to drive an Evo 8 with the AYC electronic diff as mine has the mechanical RS diff which is a far better setup it seems in the Evo world. You can get the back end out on the setup this car runs but it's so controllable, you just keep your foot in and it straightens up immediately.
