Cool. they said it's 35mm too but looks wider!!! Does your TE37 sit nicely or needs more offset?
btw I need to get front rotors and looking at yours, they are beauty!! how do they perform and did you get it from perfectrun? It is Pro 2 pc model right? so when you replace it it's cheaper i guess?

My TE37 18x9.5 with a +12 offset fits nicely under the arches with 265 35 rubber. I reckon a smaller offset with stretched tires will also fit.
If i had the money I would probably get some nice TE37 18x10.5 with a +15 for the rears, which should push the wheel out another 10mm. :D

Rotors are 1 pcs project Mu. SCR slits, yeah i got them of perfectrun.
I would go for the 2pcs Project Mu next time, solely just for the weight saving over the 1pcs which are quiet heavy.

Just beware that the replacement outer rotor for the 2piece is actually as expensive as the whole 1piece!! Not something you would want to run on the street as it's a waste imo

im running a HKS GTRS.. which is simlar to the garett GT2871R with the .64 rear housing.

the main difference from the greddy t518z and mine is ive ball bearings and greddy is journal bearings. Idealy ball bearing would aid in better spooling.

as far as i know there simlar power output. around 400bhp but that's only rated.. depending on your build it can be more or less.

Well the tvc more of a silencer for me. It's ment to keep back pressure at the low end and give more torque. And it does seem to work. One draw back is the mechanisem in the tvc get rattle on idle which can be annoying.
Moonface chamber is excellent produces excellent flow and sound amazing, welds and quality are very good. very good ground clearence too if you deck your car.

Car has now been mapped with 850cc sard side feed injectors, as I was maxing out nismo 750cc. Now I should be able to rev the car right out with out worry.

That is what I thought until I was road mapping it, now I was near maxing out my Z32 AFM, was hitting 4.8v at redline. Found that couple of the fmic claps where loose so probably loosing boost at turbo was spining harder to compensate so sucking in more air through afm.

With that sorted I decided to remove the carbon canister fit my oil catch can in place of it, also decided to recirc the catch can as When I had it to atmosphere it was sucking in dirt and probably putting in some in the engine.

It all looks alot neater in the engine bay now.

Roll on the next RR'day!!

Ray - it's all looking pretty sexy as usual lol :)

I'm gonna go for a Koyo rad soon - been quoted £325 IIRC... take it even with stock cowling fan it all just bolts on ok and replaces the skinny OEM rad easily??

Rad bolted on ok but cowling was a bit of a fit. had to trim off bits and peices of the cowling as it was hitting of the aircon bits in the engine bay.

but it was easy enough. i recommend replacing the orginal hose clips with jublee clips.. as mine was leaking coolent from the pipes.

Thanks for the tip mate :)

Will get Jubilee clips and perfect time for more blue silicone hosing lol ;) Although I'm gonna get fed up of draining and changing that damn coolant - done it twice in about a month cos kept having to take turbo and coolant lines out to sort out gasket problems?!

Just love about what you have done to your S15!
330HP=242KW on wheels, couple of silvias around with GTRS and Z32 and 740cc injectors are doing 250KW+ on wheels with 1.3Bar of boost on stock engine, also have seem forged internal s15 with GTRS boosting nearly 1.5Bar achieving 280KW on a dyno run. so neither the AFM nor the injectors should be maxed out IMO. maybe ECU mapping isnt appropriate?
