Really great stuff mate looks brilliant!

The items that got plated look really good

Shame about the energy diff bushes though, I dont fancy getting them now if they require adjusting to fit! and I dont want solid mounts either..
Cheers mate :)

The energy bushes are really good all in all and I would definitly recommend them highly. The solid diff bushes really aren't a problem as the subframe is on bushes anyway so you don't get silly amounts of noise. The firmer the diff is held in place the better really as it doesn't need to move.

Awesome dude!!

But we all know YOU'RE NEVER going to drive her anymore lol... even in dry weather lmao :p
Oh I will! I can't wait to get home to drive it again! I won't use it in the rain but I don't really enjoy driving in the rain anyway.

looks great mate

Whats next? group buy on bubble wrap? :D
Haha, cheers! Bubble wrap and cotton wool ;)

cheers for the info on the balljoints buddy, used the vice at work and some big sockets. they pushed in nicely with a little effort ;)
No problem mate, glad you sorted them :)

You are slowly turning your car back to brand new, if not better! well done pal :)
Well, it's a big ambition but I don't intend selling it anytime soon so that is the end goal. If it's 'finished' in the next 3 years then I'll be very happy!

Craig was it Minibatchplating you used to do your heat sheilds, hubs and carriers aswell all the fixings or was it the powdercoaters who did the bigger stuff?

Im not sure weather to get the hubs and carriers powder coated or plated you see..if its the one company that was used it might be easier to just drop everything off to them and ask for the bill :|

No mate, different companies for the small and large plating. Powdercoating is a totally different thing.

Oh yeh I know powdercoating is different lol I just though the company who did powdercoating might have also done plating or something...

What was the company you used to do the hubs etc then?

I can't remember the name off the top of my head. I found them on yell.com - there's loads of plating companies on there around the Birmingham area :)

Finally some half decent weather so me and a few friends took out cars out to Birmingham for some pics next to the Bull Ring. We got a bit carried away though and found ourselves locked in the car park, not knowing it closed at 10pm! Oops!

:)

lol, I have some more of the underside that I'll upload soon :)

I took it back to A-Line again yesterday to get the alignment checked and for some reason one of the front cambers was a degree out, so they re-adjusted that and now it drives 100% straight and true again :D I have noticed though it seems to have lowered itself a bit more on the back end! It must be the Energy subframe bushes settling in. I'll have to retorque the subframe mounts soon to make sure they are still tight.

Nothing short of stunning mate, I only wish I had that body kit and bumpers instead of the Nismo kit. I am green..
