Hey guys,

did a search but not much turning up, is anyone running ssr sp1 professor with a SL (super low) disk, with they clear stock calipers without issue? also i am thinking about upgrading to R32 GTR calipers in the future, if anyone has run either of these set ups your input would be greatly appreciated

Yoo man, I've got those in 18x9.5 ET12 and will do the last fitting tomorrow. I'm running 225/40R18 and I can tell you that I had to roll the **** out of my front fenders, they aren't beautiful but Im gonna leave let a bodyshop make them abit better lookin, at the rears I'll have to put some camber and give them some love with the fender roller. But I can show you pics as soon as I'm done.

Now afterwards I would have bought ET22 and then I could have put on a slipon spacer If I would have wanted to.

Also running on BC racing coils.

read through the whole thread and not quite found what answer im looking for. I have a set of wheels from my old S14a they are 9*17" ET20 (cant remember if there are ET20 or ET25 off the top of my head so ill go for the "worse" case)

any one know if they fit, i have already assumed they will need to have the rear arch lip rolled and dial in some camber.. the thing is i dont want to dial in to much camber as it will be daily drive etc etc

wheels are currently fitted with 245/40 on the rear and 235/45 up front..

does any one have any ideas what these would require?

As for me, I got 17x9 in front, and I'll fit 215/45-17 Toyo on it to the front. Rears are 18x10 and 255/35-18
So I think your tyres are to high and straight, thats why you asking about camber.

And what does tyre stretch calculator show? What is the problem? You don't want to roll the archs? or to by narrower tyres?

No fan of the stretch tyre look my self so wana keep a decent size tyre on the rim...

just trying to get an understanding of where the wheels will sit as i am not near car to check and thinking i need to get some camber arms etc etc

taking the lip off the arch isnt the problem nor is running a little bit of camber if needed but i dont want to do a all the arch rolling and camber adjustment only to find i need to do a load more work.

I used to run 17x9 et22 with a 225/45 all-round . Just needed the lip rolled flat, Camber wasn't ridiculous either, so you might get away with wider tyres with more camber. I think there's a pic in this thread somewhere.

Actually, having checked again, it seems I never got around to adding the pics at the time, so here it is. I'm sure I've used it in a thread somewhere else though.

I've got a feeling that was before I had camber arms though, so they stuck out a little more once properly set up.

I have since changed to 17x9.5 all-round with et20 front and et 30 rear with 225/45 tyres.

Eiden88 - Really like your setup. Very similar to what I'm aiming for.

Does anyone know if 18in 9.5in +12 will fit front and rear for an S15 with stock suspension? Hoping to run mildly stretched 235-40 up front and 265-35 at the rear.

The below calculator suggests I'll have 5mm less inner clearance to the springs and wheels will be pushed 71mm further out the guard from standard 16in wheels. Sound about right?
