Is it Nismo s-tune suspension? Standard style setup, not coilovers.
If so, will fit fine, as I have s-tune suspension with 9x18 et 30 all round with no problem on the front. Little rubbing on the rear, but very minor. (need a slight roll to the arches)
depending on what tyres you fit, the rears should fit ok on yours.

Want to make a set for my car: 17x9 in front and 18x10 in the rear ))

looks like i will be running +50mm rears and +40mm fronts. unfortunatly I wont be able to start on the car until around may time frame. But meanwhile Im trying to get an idea of how much work an sr20det engine swap will be. I will try and find one out of a s14 and pull the harness and everything

Hello dude!

With such big plans I'm strongly recomend you to swap not sr20det, but 2jz-gte with 2 turbos ;) a friend of me got the same kit in his s14 zenki... it gives him 620 bhp, 760 Hm from 3000 rpm...

And by the way, if you ready to give your car a special look, try make front and rear fenders with carbon fiber, not frp ;)
I'm going to make a carbon copy of my TopSecret s15 Wide Bodykit

quick question

I'm running 225/45 all round

or is it just my imagination ?

I'm monitoring it now
but i see heaps of people running 225...

It has more to do with rim width and offset than tyre size. I run 265's on the back of my car and it doesn't scrub at all. The arches have been rolled slightly, but even if they were not rolled, it woudln't be a problem.

Also please refer to my signature about text speak.

@kosoku. Hmm you just put a lil birdy in my ear. Im researching swap kits now. As for the motor and transmission it should be easy for me to get my hands on here.

Another note, I found the +40mm fronts for under 225usd and the rear +50mm for 200usd(frp). Perhaps carbon fiber is out on my price range.

What wheel specs and sizes are you running meddler?
Know wheel offsets etc can make a huge difference, but surely it's a tight squeeze fitting 265 on the rear with standard arches. What suspension you running?
Thanks mike

From memory they are 19x8.5 +45 (I am pretty sure they are +45, if not they are +35). -1.75deg camber with 265/30/19 tyres. No spacers are used on the rear but guards are rolled slightly. Stock brakes with Tein Superstreet suspension and fully adjustable arms. I am not running super low but there is a good picture of me on the track with one of the rears disappearing up into the guard while I was cornering.

Is anyone running with 18x9.5 +22 ?

Ive got rolled gaurds and Tein coilovers ...

Was thinking the rear would be ok just the front i might have to go with 20mm wide guards ?

What tyre size would be best ?

Thanks for the help :)
