Thanks so much for the feedback Adam , for a S15 do you think its necessary to go with the 356mm compared to the 330mm? am torn in between . Any updates on your car :D ? always eager to see changes to it

I had the 330mm kit on my S14a, but never tried them with the Ferodo DS2500 pads, which I use on the 356mm kit. I can't imagine you noticing much of a difference to be honest if it's a road car. I would say this though, you have to use at least the Ferodo's or the Performance Friction pads are even better so I'm told.

Nothing to update yet really. I've just bought some Sard 850cc injectors and they arrived last week. I wanted to go 1000's but the cost of the plenum, fuel rail and throttle body ended up getting a bit much for me at this current time. I'm also after an oild cooler too, which may be sorted this week.

I'm seriously starting to worry about the gearbox though as I genuinely think it's going to let go during mapping, once I get around to it. I need to sort out a man box :D

Well, I got the injectors cleaned. They were sent off to APT and flow well. I've bought a 19 row oil cooler and the rest of the S15 Aero body kit, which I've been after for over a year.

I had to do a couple of jobs on the car, so just got stuck in toight. I had to remove the turbo elbow because it's making the downpipe sit too low and it's taking a beating off the London roads.

No pictures of any of the above though...

I've been meaning to sort out a boost take off for the external gate since I fitted the kit and I finally did it tonight. I removed the compressor housing off the turbo

It looked a bit dirty and had a few marks on it so I cleaned it and stuck it in or glass bead machine to give it a new shine and then put it on the laithe to polish the intake and insides

I then had to dig out a fitting and the correct tap for the thread I was going to use on the comp housing. I bolted it down on the mill and within a 5 minutes I had a brass nipple fitted in the comp housing

I got rid of any burrs and gave it another clean before re-fitting the housing to the turbo.

I'm now sat at home with a beer and a pizza on the way :D

Looking good!

Your very brave lol and have got some skills! I'd never take a drill to such a lovely turbo
It's fine if you do it properly :D.

I've got it running a solid bar of boost now so I can actually give it some full throttle, my afr's are well in too. It's so laggy it's comical but it's still brutal at such a low boost level.

I love you
Ummm.... Thanks:ghey::D

There's not really much to update, mate. I've bought some more comfortable padded Recaro reclining buckets, out of an Evo 6 as the K-sport is too much for me now.

My other half has just moved down to London with me so ill have more time at weekends to sort jobs on the car. Mapping has been held off till early next year now as with the road conditions as bad as they are there's not much point. As it is the car is squirming at high rpm in third gear. I'll try and get a video uploaded of the sound the car makes as I had to order a new phone mount as my mate broke the old one.

I've got back problems and I just need something a bit more comfortable. Don't get me wrong, the K-Sport seats are good but for what I use the car for, primarily just road use, it gets a bit tedious climbing in and out of them so often.

I haven't fitted them yet. I've got a bride seat rail for the drivers side which I'm going to mess about with tomorrow so I can let you know. They're nice seats though and look similar to the stock fabric on the S15.

If you could that would be great,I think the style of these seats is nice, not too over the top but heard of bolster rubbing the door cards on certain recaros, hopefully not these ones though, they look like they should fit fine and with the bride runners should sit nicely in the car! Car is looking awesome matey!

Well I've not had a chance to fit the seats yet because I've been quite busy with work and I was Ill over Xmas.

However, my flat mate got a pay rise and a nice end of year bonus and went mad buying parts for his TT over Xmas and it didn't take him long to say "why haven't you bought anything this week?". As apparently I buy **** for my car every week, so I did some Internet shopping.

I bought a wider, lower et set of Enkie rpf1's for the font of the car, they won't be here till the end of Feb though as they're on back order.
i bought new black silicone pipes for the engine but still need to get the inter cooler ones sorted
some wrinkle finish black paint and new decat gaskets as they've Ben blowing a while

I spend today with a mate messing around with the car. I fitted the GReddy rocker arm stoppers I've had for about two years

Youve got to modify the inside of the rocker cover for it to fit, so I stuck the rocker cover of the mill at work and machined the parts required, no pictures though.

I also ground all the lettering off the rocker cover and did it black along with the intake pipe but didn't have time to do the other bits I wanted to do, so more to come I suppose

The pictures are terrible, it makes the paint look really bad but its actually done quite well.

Looking good Adam :) i used to have Evo Recaros in my S14a, great seats but as the base is quite thick it takes a bit of effort to get them low enough :)

That's the issue I can see with the seats, it may feel like I'm driving a bus compared to how I have the seats at the moment as they're super low.

The wheels are 18x9 et 35 for the front and I'll get them down to a 25 with a spacer.

I e just received my wheels from the States, well excited :D. I wast expecting them till the end of February.

They're now a 9j for the front to get the dish effect that the 8 1/2j's currently on the car lack.

I've got some new 265/35 R888 tyres for the rear but I.may need to sort a flare on the arches to get them to fit as the 255's are knat's pubic hair away from the arch.

I've also got the throttle body off of Jez's S13 to use with the Greddy manifold
