looking at the pic of your intake ports looks like there not ported or polished.
looks very much like a casted finish. but it is incredibly clean.

ported and polish be more like grinding marks.

boost wise a max of 1.5 bar. If i get the power im aiming for then i wont even run that much, aim is 350-380 anywhere near that and ill be very happy :)

I'm sure 1.3 will see your there. But I suppose better to map it to the highest boost then dial it down to what you need. Wish I can do that dam boost creep what ever you at it just goes up. I want plenty of pics of the machined turbo and head. BTW you know when the standard piston might start going?

Thats a good question, i think its really all down to the tune with the pistons ray. Phil morrison ran 400bhp for a full drift season on a standard engine so they can take punishment. Personally id be more worried about a rod breaking with the extra power higher up in the revs to be honest? Once it doesnt run lean the pistons will last, and if there is an issue then theres always the option of saving for a nice hks 2.2 stroker and a new gearbox setup :D

Thats a mother & a father of a spec list  Can't wait to see her out at the track day :D
Lets hope i get it all together and run in before then, ill have to get used to the extra power before then cause id like to make use of the whole day not sit in a gravel trap all the time :ghey:

interested in the results of the new setup, you gonna stick with the 95 octane?
