coils are splitfires and quite new, im leaning towards fuel starvation because my injector duty is 100% at times with only 0.5 bar of boost. There has to be an issue with either the pump or injectors but ill know more tomorrow after i give the car a good run

So the issue in the end was me being a retard and the car hitting fuel cut :D. So just an update, a few pics of the parts ive built up over the last two years, just waiting on some genuine nissan gaskets and some longer hub bolts then the work begins

probably some stuff ive forgotten, but while the head is off its getting machined, ported and polished also getting some powder coating done while its all apart

Christ, your car is already amazing; can't wait to see it when all that is fitted! You bringing this or the 14 to the sxoc RR day?
thanks folks, if this is finished by then ill bring it just to scare some of the e85 boys :rotfl:, but i dont think itll be done till mid may because the powder coatings gonna take a while so the 14 more then likely :thumbs:

I was expecting this to be completed and for someone to challenge my power figures on the RRday. LOL

excellent pile of goodies... :thumbs: i can't remember where i've seen that list before.. huummm:D

can't wait to see how all the head work will effect the power curve:thumbs:

matter of interest where you getting your stuff power coated? as i might be interested in getting some stuff powder coated later on.

After getting the intake manifold off i noticed that the ports were spotless and very smooth, looks to me like there was headwork done at some point in japan, what do you guys think?

if there was head work done does that mean you might already have a metal head gasket??
well i'll take your's then if there is:D

I'll take a pic of my intake ports if you like so you can compare. but it gonna be in the morning too dark now.

have my intake out waiting on gaskets :(

if you could that would be super ray, ye the pics came out crap so ill get the good camera out and get some clearer ones. Im thinking the gasket might just be there but i dont want to take the chance so the tomei will be going one no matter what lol

no problems mate. i get a pic tomorrow morning. if my parts coming tomorrow I'll be working on my car all morning.:thumbs: nothing like getting your hands dirty in the sun.
