Dyno update: 3 cars ran. Tawfiq Chris and Jerome. Tawfiq made almost similar results as he did at JC Racing. Too bad my car had misfiring issues after 5000rpm so didnt get full results :( Maybe time to change new plugs. Results will be shared at Fridays TT :)

GroundRun, the workshop dude's contact is 016 2771788 Lau :) Do drop by this friday night again for another round of night driving :)

Question for you guys.

I was talking to Lau that night about my suspension issues right. He goes it'll probably take upwards of 2 or 3 days for the repairs. So if that's the case my car is going to be at his shop for a while, basically I am asking if he/his shop is er.......safe i suppose. You hear stories of stuff be taken out of customers cars all the time and if i decided to go to his shop its basically on the recommendations of other people here, as I dont quite know him yet.

/me really really hopes he doesnt read this message! I'm just being cautious :)

Lau may be abit quiet but dont let that Jackie Chan face fool you. Once you know him better, you have free access to dig into his brain. Those technical junkies, he's your man. This dude knows every nooks and crannies on the S-chassis SR20DET. He takes them apart, puts it back in one piece and tunes it like his everyday meal. :notworthy:

Many in our gang have sent our sick SRs to this Doctor, let them have their say as well...

Hahaha i totally understand how you feel GroundRun. One of or members also had an issue with another shop where the purchased parts was found to be not what was said plus they were not installed properly and even swapped for crappy parts.

Lau has been a close friend of mine since high school and has been in the automotive scene for quite sometime. Just have a chat with him over the next few TT and you'll get to know d dude :) Most of us go to him cos he does a great job solving problems with our cars. In my case, pushing the car's potential, sometimes even when i don't ask for it :p As long as you don't pretend to be a Mr-know-it-all he'll be very willing to help you out :)

You can check out another friends suspension he just sent. A DC2 owner. Should be out by Friday to join us on or TT and drive. Hopefully can share feedbacks on it then.

Thanks for the remarks guys. Since he comes so highly recommended I really have no choice but to try him out. LOL.

Oh, and someone tell Tawfig/Tofo (as I call him) that someone is selling an Oil Cooler on zth forums. I dont know what's his user name.
