Ha ha yeah really was tight and wouldn’t have been able to rotate the housing so the pipe work would have been at 45 degrees across the bay ! Couldn’t have that ha ha
Can see there the sort of angle I could get initially

Not far off getting the bay into primer which is exciting ! The rest of the car is near final primer as well

Decided to treat myself and spent 2 days on the bay , managed to get it into spray filler today ! Just need to flat this tidy a couple of little bits here and there then ready for final primer , seal and paint it !

Lost part of the lip on the bulkhead to gain a bit more clearance . Smoothed it in and smoothed our the spot welds down the top sides of the bay , almost ready for a final primer now

Cheers dude ; finally getting somewhere ! Hopefully paint the bay next week then just need to final primer the shell / body panels and paint that along with the underside . Organised getting my custom intercooler made up along with downpipe and screamers

Well I made the time and got my bay in paint 
I decided to go with a satin finish in the bay and underside of the car so it’s kind of oem and should make all the shiny parts pop !
