Open Event: Japfest - 12th May 2012

Well it's a rough time guideline. Realistically the show starts at 9.00-9.30 so we gotta be in and setup before average joe is allowed in. So I think 8.30 will be more realistic.

And if you need a place to crash on fri night I have a couple of spare beds.

I'm only whining because I've got a 90 mile drive there, even though I'm sure there's others coming from further away. I just really hate getting up early.

Past three showed i've left so early. The other year the dc5 stand wanted everyone to be in and set up by half 7. Setting an alarm for 4/5am is never fun.

We should aim to be there, set up and cleaned roughly half hour before the show opens I think. With the BBQ going and bacon sandwiches being made!

I've since found out me and the miss' are staying with her folks in Calne on Friday night, so I no longer have a huge drive on my hands Saturday morning

Last time we just used tent pegs and pegged it infront of the cars. I'll get some quotes on those funky looking, sail shaped, flags too.

Shame mate. Tickets, No as its all paid for. Stand passes, Yes.

Few of the other lads have had their tickets through sxoc/others clubs and are jumping on our stand.

Its your decision but we think this to be one of the largest 15 gathering outside Japan would be a terrible shame to be there and not be part of it.

There's a fairly large chance I won't be able to make this now, which is ****e. Something's come up at work which is pretty important so I may have to work away for a few weeks. We are due to return a few days before Japfest but I've already been told to expect to get there early and leave late
