That meeting place would be the final rendezvous (RV) point, but we should probably have a convoy thread started to see where guys are coming from. So there can be NE NW W E SE SW convoys set up.

And as mike has said its going to be an early one! So therefor if anyone is coming from miles away and wants/needs a bed to crash on, I have a 2 spare doubles in my new house. Plus a sofa! I would have one spare off road parking too, with some on the road parking too.

Yes mate, i think this one is the closest from what I can tell. Travelodge Chippenham Leigh Delamere M4 Eastbound. Recommend booking at soon as possible to avoid them selling out thought. There are places closer but seemed more expensive.

Sam is very local to coombe be might be able to shed some light if anything is closer/cheaper than there if thats one is full.

Got the premier inn booked already - its really close but more expensive - £75.00 for a triple room

Yeah there really aren't any cheap hotels in Chippenham! There's b&b's but only the one premier inn that mike mentioned. There's the angel hotel but that's expensive and in the middle of town, but if the premier inn is 75 then might be worth a go. plus has a secure car park!
