Yup ill be sticking with 95 for now, i really dont fancy having to be stuck with only using certain garages to get e85. I wont rule it out in the near future but im not after a rr figure, rather looking for useable and reliable power around the 350 mark :)

So after dropping the cams in and turning the engine over by hand a cam broke in half...a brand new tomei unit

after some investigation it seems that the cam at some point was dropped, since its been sitting in a box in my room for two years i dont exactly have alot of comeback on it. I ordered a new one and had it direct from perfectrun in 5 working days, good service as always.

work continued:

Lol i wish i won the lotto, if i did i wouldnt be doing all the work myself :D. Its just parts that ive bought over the past 2-3 years and finally having some time to fit them. My goal is 350bhp if i make that or just over it im happy, car was fun at 285 so 320+ will be super

the finished product

So got the boost issue sorted thanks to jez @ horsham developments and ben taylor on sxoc, a simple play around with the power fc and it was sorted! Next on the list is to replace the starter, its becomming a pain in the ass and needs changing. Then a map and hit the track early next year :)
