It may look scary but everytime I took the filter apart, it has the same amt of sediments. You can try and see yours as well. Dont throw away the oil filter in your next oil change. I'm curious as well how a newly built internals will look like in the filter.

We can do another "cruize" either Thur or Fri nite LOL. Though it may be quite jammy. Diablo suggested another sunday morning convoy to Ulu Yam - Gotong Jaya? How about it?

Oh yes, you mentioned walkie talkie sets before? Any idea where we can check these out? We really need those in our "cruize".

Not good at all, even though its cheap, it doesn't have the 3 clamps like Tomei ones to hold each other in place.

Works also has the SR20 set of lightened pulleys; water pump, alternator, clutch fan and maybe a tension pulley. Wonder if it helps any at all for respond. Anybody have tried it?

I bought the lightened pulleys from Greddy. Can't feel any difference but they look beautiful.

My car not yet finish. Will update you guys. Hopefully can be done by this week.

actually thats partly true. ive read some mixed reactions on cometics. but i am inclined to believe it is a good bang for buck mod. i guess u get wat u pay for.

Yeah I heard in Sunway, some shops selling Cometics for RM 350 !
but like you said, "you'll get what you pay for !" haha.


The Works cam gear is for ALL SRs. I haven't gotten the crank pulley yet. No $$$ already bro.
That pulley alone is around RM 1600-2000+ depending on brand (ROSS or ATI), and also where you get them from.
