Spent a couple of hours prepping some of the underside so I can epoxy it before I move units .
Cleaned up pretty well

That’s exactly where I had issues on mine. All sorted now thankfully.

At least with the way you’re doing it you can catch all this stuff before it gets serious.

Yeah man definitely good to be able to see where the issues are , luckily I’m going to be removing / repacking that section with a flat panel as I have removed the oem filler position so it’s not needed now

Been a while since she has resembled a car !
Pretty much a rolling shell again now ready for the move next week
Cars booked for fab work finally as well so November should see the project finally moving forward

Yeah buddy did the whole underside and engine bay . Made sense to see what I’m working with ! Plus easier for the fab work as well . Just put an anti corrosive etch on it for now then will epoxy it when the metal repairs have been done

Thanks yeah likely be a while off unfortunately as the builders have been messed about by utilities companies so can’t lay the final road surface yet. Once that’s sorted will get something organised

Has been ages dude ! New place is Woodford halse near daventry buddy so decent access close to m1 and m40 ! Will be having some meets , would be great to catch up bud

Few more bits for the build . Slowly getting there got a coarse stainless pre surge tank filter and a microglass post tank filter plus fittings and y piece for running the 2 lines from twin pumps into a single line

Ha ha cheers man. Is a long old thread as I have had the car a while
Hopefully have it built next year and off to some shows if I can make the time around building everyone else’s cars

I think I got it imported Nov 2009 so almost 9 years
Yeah I think I have seen most things in that time awesome cars dude , nothing I would want to replace it with if I’m honest . Such an awesome car to drive and still look amazing
