Time Attack 2

Best Time 2.31.813 Yoong's drift tune S13. He beat the Supercars as well as the tune up 4WD cars. Well done Yoong!

Unfortunately Ken's Car suffered water leakage and mine had some mysterious misfiring and could not bring out the best time this round! Many thanks to Lau for his helping hand in prepping our cars and those who stayed behind to support us, Sean, Alvin, Jerome, Ken and Ah Tiong. Ha ha... I shall be back!

he was running on road tyres only, kumho ecsta ku36
The Aussie Skyliners rated both equally in performance and value for money. KU36 tread depth is 9/32in, 595RSR is 8/32in. Both W Speed Rating. But 959RSR has higher load rating 94 vs 91 on KU36. Tread Wear on 959RSR is 140 vs 180 on KU36.

KU-36

595RS-R

Hmm wonder how he managed it with his large drift gear ratios

Hi BK, I have sms Lau's hp to you.

Jerome, wa ha ha... nice find. For track car to keep cabin temp down ar?

Just goes to show how well the silvia rwd chassis is. Fastest way around the track was never with 4 wheels but only 2. There is gonna be a lot of sore faces seeing the silvia name above some exotics. Managed to catch some action from on top the hill...awesome driving.

wow its been a long time since i logged in. Had lots of crap to deal with now my attention is back on cars!
anyway

Im looking to buy a set of adjustable Caster rods (still having trouble finding if anyone has please pm me)
the thing is my 180sx is using S14 lower arms so does that mean i have to buy s14 caster rods or the s13 ones still can fit?
as far as i know the s14 ones are slightly longer than the s13 ones.

Need to get these rods in then can enjoy better handling. Havnt come around for TT session for a LONG LONG time.........

Cross, I meant front caster rods.
Yea i heard that the s13 / s15 rods are the same, but the s14 rods are different slightly (or so they say.....)
So is your s13 / 15 running a set of s14 adjustable caster rods?

Would be interested to pick em up. if the price is right :D

Found out they are the same just need to adjust to fit the chassis apparently. Mine I remember when i got it was meant for a S14. But was fitted on my 15 without problems. Its the slightly curved version which gives you probably extra 0.5% steering angle. LOL :) I'll bring it along Friday night so you can check the condition and see if you're interested. Price we discuss then lor :)

Anyone else around this friday night?
