Car: Mechanicaly stock manual 2000 Spec S imported from Japan.

So... My car was just sitting in garage for last 3 months and I wanted to start it. These 3 months ago it was starting and work normally.
Engine cranks but just not starting. I was thinking it due to a dead battery but after chargin it, trying other battery and even using jumper cables still not starts.
I checked spark plugs and there was no spark so I changed spark plugs. Still nothing.

What I know/done so far:
- Battery is ok
- Spark plugs changed, they work after changing
- ECU gives code 55 so it don't see any problems
- I checked and there is no immobilizer
- Fuel pump works - I can hear it and also smell fuel when I remove spark plugs
- There is no fuel in oil
- Fuses checked - they are ok
- Air - filter clean/no blockades

As these are COP, most likely the ECU is the culprit.

Are you able to check if there is a 12v feed to the coil packs? I wonder if there is a particular fuse that could be related. It might be worth checking the schematic.

If you hear the pump then the ECU is at least semi-working.

There are sensors that are responsible for the spark timing - crank/camshaft sensors for example - but usually the ECU will complain if they don't read correctly though.
