Wouldn't be able to put any power down.
Kit looks great, wheels look stupid!
People need to know where to stop, and having the most camber possible doesn't look cool, it looks retarded!

It would struggle to put decent power down, as half the tyre contact area is in the air. It would be real twitchy trying to put power down. Tyres would wear out loads quicker, and real uneven.
Track focused cars have some camber for handling purposes, but the only reason this is running that much is so the owner can fit the widest wheels he can with the lowest offset possible. It is purely for looks!
When you actually look at the camber, it looks like it is from a cartoon. Looks silly in my opinion.

Everyone likes wide wheels with large dish, but there is a limit between looks and ride quality/performance.
