Nissan Silvia S15 stalls

Hello guys, i need help maybe anyone had encountered this problem before.

i have S15 with stock SR20DET engine.
So my car just stall everytime i step on the accelerator to fast, it will stall on 3000 to 5000rpm. stall just like that, no jerking or anything.
After it stall, ive tried to start and it will start normally and drive off just fine.
only happen if i accelerate too fast. But if i started slow its fine.
I check with obd and no fault code found. i’ve replaced the Ignition coil, spark plug, service the IACV and MAF sensor but the problem still occur.

Please tell me what should i look into, thank you.

Thank you for the suggestion, can i unplug the sensor while the car is running? cause i checked youtube and that’s how to check if the sensor is bad

Yeah, just unplug it and see what it does. I’ve had them fail rich or lean in the past. If you know anyone with a multi meter you can check the voltage, it should fluctuate between 0-1v.
