On my translation I got it said that's a HKS circuit attack controller.. I've googled it and it's a lap timer by looks of it as I've got a controller on the dash.

I knew about the exhaust manifold just wasn't sure on brand/quality

Yeah I'm real happy with how clean it is and like you say I'm off to a good start regarding mods!

So I just got word from Darren at torque gt that it went through the MOT okay

Just sorting everything out to change all the fluids etc once I've picked it up.

What's the best oil and capacity for:
Engine (running an oil cooler)
Gearbox
Cusco LSD

Also are BKR7EIX plugs best? It's running stage 1a.

I picked mine up 3 weeks ago from Torque

Those plugs will be fine.

I asked the same questions to Opie Oils (see picture) I have always ran 10w50 in my s-bodies and its good stuff.

Had a few pictures of the underside sent through today, it's looking clean..... Found out it's got adjustable arms too so that's another bonus

Can anyone tell me the brand if the arms and coilovers?

Fingers crossed for next Saturday but the week after is looking more likely

Ikeya Formula arms by the looks of it, expensive brand, one of the best.

Coilovers look like Apexi.. only going by the colour!

Haha it says on the arms the brand, as for suspension Apexi N1 good suspension with adjustable dampers.
