Neither did mine running 325bhp. Right up till the point the 3rd/4th counter gear circlip came off and caused the counter gears to misalign with the main gears, with predictable results. The is the one weakness with the otherwise strong 6MT box. Its seems to be a 50/50 thing when running higher power. So don't think that because it hasn't happened, that it won't...
