haha Mr Tooley - well I can't space out the rears as much as the fronts because the inner arch is not 'rolled' nor very thin. The original rear arches are only slightly cut away for clearance and joined with new arch so it's like a thicker arch?! Might look into this more down the line but with new rims arriving next week I gain a few more lower offsets to pull them out. Probs add another small spacer but anymore then I'll be rubbing and that pisses me off so not going near that shizzle :p

BTW - new bumper finally fitted woop!!

And yes... the FMIC needs dropping haha :wack:

Yeah thanks mate - all I can tell you is the nut for the alternator pulley is huuuge lol... 24mm socket required!! :D

I took it to local garage and got them 'shock' it with airgun so I can take it off easier when I come to do it. Didn't fancy trying to loosen that nut which is probs been on there for over 10 years and there's nothing you can wedge against on the pulley as the stock alternator pulley has no holes??!! :wack:
I usually jam the pulley on the belt dude with a large driver along the belt line works very well. Also love the pulleys where you get them and do they do other colours im going for a purple look under the bonnet.

Mate you really should change the title to this thread now and put it as 'not work safe' because that is just pure pornography! :D

New bumper is fantastic, Innovation have done a great job there!

lol cheers dude :D

Finally got round to getting the anodised pulleys onto my car! :wack: Alternator, water pump and PS...

When I had new front bumper fitted I asked for a bracket to be custom made which had nuts welded onto the back. This was put on the sides attached to front wing so I could put two bolts on each side of the bumper thus allowing the front end to be removed within a minute rather than faffing with getting behind the bumper etc :)

Added fire extinguisher on passenger pillar...

Mate Steve helping me lower the FMIC since the new front end is about an inch lower than previous bumper!!

Not really noticed much difference but I think combined with A/C removal I should be squeezing out a few more horses on the next remap lol :)

Ok new wheels finally fitted yay!!!! SSR Professor 17x8 +29 & 17x9 +37 running 215/40 & 245/40. Will be getting 10mm spacers for the rears

SSR's are genuine 3 piece split rims... these and Work Meisters are the only wheels I've ever wanted! The centres have been sprayed candy cherry by previous owner... looks immense in the bright sunlight and has metal flakes in the paintwork. AWESOME!!!!

Thanks for all the comments fellas :)

Benne - total fail on the weighing... I forgot to do it last night when I received the rims grrrr too late!! Will have to do this when I next get the tyres swapped over :wack:

Toby - I haven't got round to actually removing the A/C stuff in the bay... was gonna do it today but the missus wanted to spend time *sighs* lol. So hopefully within the next few weeks this will be done and I can't wait to weigh all the parts as I'm curious how much weight is saved in total!

Ordering spacers soon

I paid £950 for the set without tyres. They are in immaculate condition and really are pretty light (although I failed to weigh them doh!!) :)

lol apparently my mates keep telling me 'never say never...' but I'm not sure if I'll ever swap these now :D

Well it had to happen... I thought maybe after a few months but one and a half weeks?!

Thought it was a good idea to roll onto my driveway forwards last night as I was getting fed up of backing her on there due to a bit of retarded brickwork that sticks out on our driveway right in the middle of where I park up. I thought the brick sticking out was lower than the new front bumper, turns out not the case!! FAIL!!! :)

C'est la f*cking vie haha :wack: :wack:

Anyways, I've been commended on my stitch work... gonna start a new business called 'Stitch & Go'
