biggest asshole comment award goes toooooo !!!I thought I'd seen it all when it comes to bloody stupid car accessory 'trends', but no... Goes to show just how many people who are quite oblivious as to how much of a cock they look for the sake of 'looking cool'. Probably the same types as the ones who wear their jeans halfway down their arse and their jocks around their waist. Cocks. Sorry if this offends a few tender hearts, but FFS... :ghey:
Nicely dude c'mon.. im sorry i couldnt conform to the standard OEM bodykit, OEM height and OEM taste's as the 'older' members seem to adhear to .. It was on for a laugh mate, as said.. its mearly a static show, so to get the car to stand out.. certain things need to be tried, its hardly like its not a go car.. probably one of the only ones on here that driven sideways the way it was meant for.I thought I'd seen it all when it comes to bloody stupid car accessory 'trends', but no... lol thanks sub, I think Nicely just has his angry hat on when he posted that lol when your rocking no clearence .. tv arials, and a roof rack on an s15.. you dont need to be told its cool :wack::thumbs: hehegranted , its a great site and were all here for the same reason ,
but it doesnt give him the right to pick on some one / there style so brutally .
the roof rack was for show, after all it was a car show at the end of the day.
Thats why we get on so well dude! hehe. Nah thats cool, i thought you were just having a pop at me there.I'm sure Mint is well aware that his and my tastes are poles apart. When it all comes down to it, it's his car and he can do what he wants. We'll see how long the new bumper lasts...
Not trying to get involved in an argument or anything but what about a Porsche Cayman? I've seen one locally with a factory fitted roof rack...I think a large percentage of BMW, Audi and Volvo drivers a cocks too. However, it's also only my opinion. And I still stand by my opinion that a roof rack is just wrong on a sport car. Different things: great  But not roof racks or tow bars. When I see a Bugatti Veyron or Ferrari with one fitted, I'll revise that opinion.
i have to agree on this but only in part. young people should be able to attend car shows, but the attitudes of young people attending is deteriorating.....my first car was a mk3 fiesta 1.0 but it had a full rs turbo bodykit on it with a smooth tailgate and massive 4 inch exhaust...looking back this would look a bit chavvish to any joe walking the street but at the time i thought it was brilliant.well thats an interesting read lol. As a newbie on here it would be quite off putting but as a staff member on antoher car forum I understand there are sometimes dis-agreements within forums but I have to stick up for shows like Trax, this years was one of the best I've been to and I do attend a lot of the local Modified car shows. Yes there are lots of so callled Chavs and I dont class mysef as one but without people like this the shows wouldn't be the same, we were all young people once who could only afford the first cars including saxos/corsa's etc.
Just because people can now afford bigger/fasters cars I don't think it give you the right to slate people, everyone has their own taste - thats my opinion anyway so hopefully I haven't made any enemies on here already, I was really looking forward to getting the S15 and being part of the club. x

HOWEVER
despite having what some might call a 'chavvy' car, and even wearing nike tn's and jogging bottoms - i didnt feel it necessary to go to car shows (where there are families out for the day too) and walk around with a can of beer, swearing about how crap everyones cars are, or how crap this pro drifter is, or how 'if that was my car i'd rag it and do doughnuts' etc....
sorry for the rant, but the word chav has a blurred definition nowadays which ranges from someone who acts yobbish and antisocial right down to someone who has a slightly messed up perception of what looks good or is good.
