I seemed to think that white is the most common colour in Japan becasue its lucky.

Yeah Pewter might be a common colour but you tell me how many of them are full aero kitted from the factory

All I can tell you is the there were 30099 made between Jan 1999 and July 2001. Production went on for another year.
