I may sell mine, 12k miles. Only used once on the dyno for 392hp after refurb. Power level is being upped to 445hp and 350z is safer for that.

Would be a darn sight quicker. Mine was a good 4 or 5 months.

Max, these gearboxes were developed using a 550bhp s15 and thoroughly tested which is why my one tool so long to come back, so will handle your power increase no problems!

Also, my 350z box was knackered when I got it (less than 60k miles on a standard 350z) so this believe a lot of people have that a 350 'box can handle massive power may be a bit misleading but I don't know.

^ depends what year your 350 was as they made a lot of revisions to the boxes . Think there are 4-5 versions of the box the 05 onwards (cd009) being the strongest has the revised synchro and is meant to be pretty solid. Seen a lot of guys running 6-700 hp on these boxes no problem. It would be cheaper and easier to get the garage d fix but not sure I could bring myself to take my car back there ha ha max do the z33 conversion and I will buy your box

Is steep but the thing is a lot of the 350 owners also want the cd009 boxes so I guess demand bumps the price up. My mate has a box off the 04 which has some not all revisions and only wants £500 for that which is a bit more reasonable
