With my hubs and subframe back from the coaters, in a ghostly white finish, it was time to crack on fitting them and other parts I had gradually amassed since late last year.
GHXST drop knuckles and modified subframe.
DW front lower arms and Hardrace engine mounts.
Tein rods and spacers with rod fresh ends/boots, not pictured, too.
SuperPro steering rack bushings to replace the saggy old units.
I already had the old subframe dropped out and engine held with a support beam, so the fitting was fairly straight forward. Accessing the nuts on the engine mounts was the most difficult part, but a UJ and 4 wobble extensions eventually sufficed.
I wasn't able to complete both sides as I run into some difficulties, however I'm confident these can be resolved nice and quick, so I can finish up the front end and drop the car onto its wheels for the first time in months!
