can I explain how this will work from printing perspective...

whatever you lot decide to come up with on screen may look fine. however remember the images you use are interweb small images, they will not enlarge to a reasonable quality plus ill have to lay up before printing the Banner itself.

so to save myself a huge amount of work can the use of placed images (downloaded from internet) be kept to a minimum?

i will redraw logo's if required but it does take time
