These pictures are probably terrible quality but you can see in the second photo the hole I punched out, only the two white and red wires need re routing.

Could have, but why buy another battery unnecessarily?
I notice you have no hole in your battery tray for IC piping, why did you turn your battery or is that prior to fitting front mount?
That makes much more sense now, My battery is the same but with the terminals the other way around and they still wont reach.
So will see about routeing them through the fuse box ready to cut an 80mm hole for the piping.

The photo was taken the day before I fitted the intercooler. Wanted to make sure that I could fit it before cutting!
Ok, that explains it..
I went for the fuse box connection route. I put everything that was on the live terminal of the battery, on the live connection, and then moved the battery to the boot.
