well, between me, my brother and some mates... we decided that workin' on cars... is a laugh.... but... sometimes takes too long... enter... the power tool world!

ok, so i've got a compressor, but we don't work on the cars at mine.. so means not able to use air tools...

hence investing in....

i paid ?185 delivered for it... but it also came with

over here the impact wrench alone retails for ?150 without batteries and charger.... they're still silly month here....

worth well into ?300 really....

12V makita ones you can get for about ?150 with a free cordless drill and 3 batteries.

Old trusty spanners is the way
Have some electric and air tools. But I don't use them much
They're just to big and bulky to use when working on the engine.

Wheel change is a blast though

Try changing suspension components with spanners and sockets, then with an air wrench. Basically quarter the fitting time...

Helped my friend change suspension on his GTI-R. The air tools made it fun
So it's a good thing to have in the garage

To bad they don't make very very very small air tools. Could have used one when I changed turbo gasket. Or the turbo elbow.
