That was a Visio actually! But hey, I'll take that mantle - thanks! ;)

Stil doesn't really explain where the manifold features - is that pre-turbo?

Last stupid questions:

Are we talking turbo removal to fit the elbow?

Do I need gaskets at any of the joints and if so, does Creasey supply with his kit?

Is it sensible just to fit it all in one go or is it as much effort to fit the 'zorst now and the rest later?

You don't have to remove the turbo to fit the elbow.
There are 5 nuts/bolts which needs to be undone. all 13mm
3 is done from beneath and 2 from above. One of them on the top is kinda tricky.

It takes a bit of time, especially if they're stuck.

I understand now. Am I also to unserstand that a dump valve could be fitted in place of a Turbo Elbow?

WHAT   After all my sketches.................... :( :D

Its not confusing, whet Nicely said is the chain, the top front pipe bolt is a pain to get off and i cant get my car high enough to get a breaker bar in about

You need to get Nissan gaskets for anything that touches the Turbo, i.e. Block to Mani, Mani to Turbo, Turbo to Elbow

Schweet. And yes, I am confused! But for now I think I might just stick to getting a Decat... I've been scared off the rest! (& I really shouldn't spend any more dosh on mods just yet ;) )

At least I'll have the elbow and front pipe to look forward to! :D

If you're not handy with a spanner, you are probably wise to leave the elbow. You should be OK with the front pipe though. Three bolts - all undo front underneath. Good soaking in WD40 overnight and it should be fine.

I'm not too bad with a spanner, as long as I know which bit to dismantle and re-fit but all the same I'll chill for now and just get the decat... it will be more fun adding other parts next month. Should have done the lot before JAE though I hope.

Good buy!! but are you sure thats a Silent HKS exhuast and not a Hyper one. Becasue I thought the silent only come with SS centre pipe. They are also seems less restrictive as well, the one you got has a bigger restrictor in the centre pipe compare to normal Silent HKS system.

Correct me if I am wrong Nicely  .

Thats is what I thought too. But I am seriosuly doubting that is even a HKS exhuast because I know the Hi power exhasut shouldnt have holes on tip , they are for the bung.

Make sure you asked them because I know a lot of these part trader called these cheap Jap style exhaust HKS "Style" not actually made by HKS.

they had to holes in for the bung.

i did not think the hi power had the holes...although i could be wrong :p

but either way it looks nice and you've got a good deal
