Are these optional headlights or aftermarket?

The first two are definitely the normal units. This leaves the last two, which were produced from Oct 2000 onwards. Its possible these are the ones. I'm doing a bit more investigating...

Just been checking through FAST. Lol! If there was ever any doubt that Pewter was the most popular colour, I can eliminate it now! I'd say about 5 in every ten were Pewter! Three or four in ten were White. Took 46 cars before a found a black! I even had 3 Aqua Silver and 4 reds! No yellows.

Anyway, the silver backed headlights weren't fitted to the black S15s (or at least not all). That was in 2/2001. Of the selection of Autechs I found, it gave the choice of four lights shown above. So, I'd say it was an option on the Autech.
