I've heard from both Japanparts and Perfectrun. Japanparts haven't responded to the query about multiple items. Perfectrun made no mention of discount except to say that shipping would be reduced. They also mentioned that it was more likely that damage to items would occur if they were sent together, e.g. panels, bumpers, etc.
