Caliper Paint - High Temp or not?
Does the paint for calipers need to be high temperature paint or will normal hammerite/equivalent be good enough? just worried that normal paint may crack or flake under the heat. there seems to be a lacking in colours for caliper paint which is why i'm asking. cheers- JaseYpk

s15 brake calipers - do they have restrictors/olives?

Anyone installed rear brake pads before?
Ok... driving along - then grind grind grind (really loud by the time I got home :o ). Thought it was a stone in the rotor shield - but no. Pulling the handbrake up or braking stops it momentarily - so it looks like my rear brakes are toast. Sure enough, on inspection the inside pads are...- I-nearly-bought-a-batty

Painting stock brake calipers
Yeah yeah, so it's a bit sad... but I spent my BH Monday painting a brake caliper! And I thought I'd share some pics with you as well as some helpful tips on what not to do! I used a folia-tec brake caliper laquer paint kit (Halfords, ?24). Source these from the net if poss, will be cheaper...- Jono
