Oil Catch Can - Advise Please due to getting too much oil in the breathers
After having a turbo back exhaust fitted my car now wants to boost to .9 Bar, bad i know on the factory ECU but i also noticed a hell of alot of oil on the hotside of the intercooler piping and the turbo is making the flutter noise on the higher boost releases, which i guess its not able to...- spoonman

This made me laugh when i realized what i had done. so i thought i would take a picture to remind everyone to make sure you plug the thing back in after replacing your turbo gaskets and other crap you do with a turbo. Body heat shield, where dump pipe & front pipe are.
I was looking into heat shielding the cars body where the dump pipe & front pipe are. As the factory ones are going to get replaced, most likely with stainless items, so alot of heat will be getting omitted. I dont want to use heat wrap as this just causes the pipes to crack and the stuff starts...- spoonman

Coilover Spring Length Important? Question can i use a shorter spring?
On my front coilovers, the current front spring is 204mm long which after some research on the net most Zeal Functions (for S15 / S14) have a 200mm spring as from the factory, what i was wondering is, if i put a 180mm or smaller spring in would that affect the shock travel and rate, im not sure...- spoonman

Stock Front Brake Disk for Spec R question about fitment
Does anyone know how far the hat sticks out from the disk on the stock disk, By hat i mean the part where the wheel touches the disk and gets bolted on. As the current disks dont allow either of my wheels to fit without rubbing on the strut, the disks are 310mm which i think are from a R34GTT.- spoonman

R32 GTR caliper & coilover clearance
Has anyone got R32 GTR or R33 turbo calipers on the front of there car? if so do your wheels clear? the 17s my car came with clear, but i wanted to keep the 18's that were on my spec s,The 18's they clear using a 6mm spacer, but we have to go and fork out $400 every time you need to certify...- spoonman

getting a new S15 turbo, what should i look for to make sure everything is all good.
Im finally upgrading from a NA S15 to a proper one, everything seamed OK on the car when i checked it over and test drove it, as far as i know. Can you guys who have had them and had problems please let me know of things i should check once i get it home to ensure everything is working as it... -
