Brake Fluid - DOT 5.1?
Howdy! So i'm sure i read somewhere that DOT 5.1 is recommended for fast road, but i just read up that it is NOT recommended and has significant disadvantages (not listed). Can anyone expand on this/recommend brake fluid 'DOT' (3/4/5.1) Also, how much brake fluid does the S15 take? (roughly)... -

Boost Leak (Not in the conventional places though..)
First up, I know what the first answer will be to my problem "check your hoses". I have. I've checked every single hose from the turbo to the plenum. WTB: Fan Shroud/Cover (OEM Part)

WTB: Shiney Hot Pipe (Turbo connecting to the pipe that connects to the intercooler)
Ok so i fitted my FMIC and now i have shiney pipes. but i want rid of that one remaining pipe between the turbo and plenum. fitting FMIC without Remap?
Is it a bad idea to fit an FMIC without IMMEDIATELY getting a remap? ie - drive around for a month ( ~800 miles), and THEN get it remapped? cheers- JaseYpk

URGENT!! 17mm Bolt for bottom of coilovers??
Its the single bolt that goes through the bottom of the shocker.. and its stuck to hell. Soaked it in penetrating oil and had an impact gun on it.. no joy as of yet. Coilovers - Upper mounts or not?
Do i need (or do you recommend) i get uppermounts to go with coilovers? I'm looking at the Tein Super Streets and they sell with and without the mounts. are these a requirement for good alignment and futureproofing or are they just an add-on that doesnt serve much purpose for road use? cheers- JaseYpk
