Headlight Restore and Trunk Rattle Fix Video
Before redoing them, get the wet sanding pad (high grit) and do some light wet sanding and then polish again with the compound, this should be fine on the clear coat, it should shine up nicely -

Speedo not working. Please help
I also had the same thing and in the end it was actually the cluster unfortunately, however I'm not suggesting it would be the same in your situation https://www.silviaoc.com/discuss/threads/s15-tacho-rpm-not-working-strange-wire.9346/ Have you tested the A/C voltage from your cluster side...- Joeh

I've helped a friend with this kind of issue before, in the end it was solved by loosening all bolts for wishbones hub etc and then we pulled it as far out as we could and tightened it all up Once that's done then the car will need another alignment. His car wouldn't align to correct spec...- Joeh
