C's Short Shifter

is anyone in here using one of the C's Shifter?
how does it feel when changing gears and is it easier than the stock shifter to put in reverse gear>?

It's not easier to select reverse but it is one of my favourite mods though. Feels soooo much better!

don't buy the 5 speed one by mistake, it won't fit.

so are the short shifters on tbat guys site fairly decent??

Uras and nismo also do short shifters don't they? Are neither of those any good.

C's was the only one that did the short shifter for the 6 speed.

As for Race.Fi shifters, I understand they are still in development. Maybe send him a pm and ask him what the status of them is.

just got a 2nd hand one of the C's short shifter...
will get it installed by today and see how it feels

very short throw ... i had one in my car from japan but a clip was missing , and was very loose... bought the full kit while over in japan last year and fired it in... needs to be tightened every so often .

got it installed today...the throw was very short however, I need to tap in the shifter to be able to get in reverse. was very hard for me...so i decided to put the stock shifter back on. Nothing beat the stock shifter in my opinion.
ps. on your C's short shifter, does it come with the shifter bush on the bottom of the shift lever? because mine doesn't

Yeah, there is supposed to be a White bush at the very bottom of the shifter.

yes selecting reverse is a bit of a pain, but I don't think I could ever go back to the standard shifter.

had a C's shifter in my RX7FC miss it, every other shifter feels like driving a dated truck..

I have the C's it is a very good mod and makes it feels alot more positive and close when changing, reverse is a little stiffer to engage but never have a problem
