The pipe in figure 2 is what you need to replace. This pipe has a restrictor in it. If you replace the pipe you will increase your boost to about 10psi instead of the factory set 8psi

Isn't this going to be the same as installing a boost controller? Currently I'm running about 0.7bar or 10psi, does that mean the car had already been fitted this ?

more than likely. Have a look at the piece of pipe fitted, if it doesn't have the white line on it, (or you could feel to see if the restrictor is in the pipe) it has probably already been done.

Yes due to JDM gentlemen agreement, the manufacturers agree on a limit for power and speed for safety and to compete on equal terms supposedly. But this is SR20DET for crying out loud, built close deck race engine. She definately need to stretch out her legs. :thumbs:

Maz, among the ideas thrown were;

1) Estimated about 80 JDM sport compacts coming for Japan GT
2) GT girls photoshoot/Hypertune cover
3) Dyno shootout
4) Guess your exhaust decibles
5) Stores for souvenirs, performance parts, stickers etc.
6) Looking for sponsors, road shows...

Unfortunately they rule out autokhana or donuts show due to space constraints and safety issues. More updates later.

Cynicks, You can try Pit Work in Puchong Perdana. Better still come join the TT this Fri nite, the boz Ken Lau will be here testing out CROSS's car estimates 3XX whp. I was with them last nite. Cant keep up with him. Damn! :furious:

Theres a nice straight stretch in Subang Jaya SS15 near Sukumaran mamak restaurant where the Skylines hang out. We can do rolling drag start 20 kmh on 2nd gear. :thumbs:

And a lot of houses both left and right of that main road,
If the residents complain, cops will come damn fast cause the police station is nearby.
