i do agree on that mate, prices are/were too high espescially in the inner cities where i think they'll suffer most, and i think i should of worded it better in that when i said people over borrowed i meant that they bought houses priced above thier means. dont think i'd have the bottle to spend more than i could afford, id rather buy what i could and be happy - whereas people and banks (before the crunch) were throwing far too much caution to the wind and not considering the worst case scenario before signing on the line. it was only my opinion though anyway, i dont want to take this too far off topic
