Fire & Aux...

Please update here when your car(s) are out of garage and ready to rumble.

Kazama,

Saw your S15 in U5. What is this I heard about your RB power project?

Arun & I are going getting fresh 255 rear rubbers this week. :D

Senthil, any luck with some shiny FMIC you are searching?

Guys, Sorry I missed the last S15 TT. A thousand apologies, mates.
Was very frustrated when my nitro r/c car had problems. I was at the shop from 4pm till 1130pm !

Auxoura, MAP is the way to go man. hehehe. Give me back my AFM ! hahaha.
Yours will be doing 5000kms before mine will be out. Lots of work still need to be done.

Gunner, nolar. Where got. Putting CA18det inside man. Yeah I heard about the tires.
Do let me know what you think of the F1s. I used it before but wasn't grippy enough in the dry for me.
But in the rain its very good, ahh well, can't have the best of both worlds for tires.

Sillbeer, In KL, there are quite a number of R35s running around despite the ridiculous price of RM 650k-770k.
For that price, I'd get a used unregistered M6, or a registered F360 F1/996TT any day.
Or an unreg '02 R34 V-spec II and an unreg '05 Cayenne turbo.

I envy those filthy rich people who can afford anything and everything. *sigh*

For June 1st, I hope you guys won't mind me driving my friend's AE86 in Sepang.
But must give me 1 lap advantage cause the car is less than 150hp at the wheels.

Yes I heard Tomyams uses different compound and polyester ply instead of rayon ply. Since my rear rims are 9 inch, I can go for 255 :D. Currently on 235 with some sound at 110kmh and above. Anyway, its a bargain so I wasnt expecting it to be Achtung tyres. I'll be sliding around with them anyway...:rotfl:

Brendan,

You can check with ST Wangan as they have Greddy M Spec intercooler kit for S15...if not mistaken its going for RM2000 plus installation...get in touch with Kenneth at 016-6270755...tell him Senthil referred you to him...

Another option you can get the HKS Type S intercooler kit for RM2850 at SS Racing...i do not know them, so maybe someone here may get a better price for you...

Gunner,

You are right about the Tomyams...they are inferior compared to Achtung Baby!

aux,

i see what you mean now...but i reckon this wont be practical for a daily driven car as it must have a vented hood for it...

Wow Aux one car turning into monster spec.

Vmount somemore. :O

Another option you can go is turning the fmic upside down and fit it just in front of the radiator, push the radiator back abit, some say can still use back the clutch fan, otherwise change to thermo fans.

Then the pipes are considerably shortened so boost comes on earlier

I've also seen slant-mount intercoolers before but wonder if the cooling is as effective as front-mount ones.

Aux, when your car ready next week, bring it out and burn some rubber man. :rotfl:

Guys, I was with Arun after his dyno-run in U5 last Sat and the topic of T-shirts came up. He asked me if I know where to find some nice Silvia T-shirts. I shrugged but after some thinking through, it may not be a bad idea at all if we design our own.

So how about it guys? We need some design ideas and some nice theme to go with it. Heck, you can also personalise your own theme on our own T-shirt. Senthil supported this idea and some wacho theme came out of it are...

1) "Less Booze, More Boost" - I think this was Jano's no copy-right I hope?

2) "How is it you are driving a Silvia and not wagging your tail?"

3) "We only have to change our rear tyres"

4)

5)

Open to all S15 owners in this forum.... Lets have some fun and keep this rollin' boys...

Hi Mates,

What do you guys think about this :

1. SILVIA - Slide It Lovingly, to Venture Into Action! :rotfl:

2. SILVIA - Slide It Lovingly, to Venture Into Adultery! :p

Any other suggestions?
