Upgrading cams

G'day everyone,
I just ordered tomei procams 272 12.50mm lift for my sr. What else do I need to change? I'm also ordering Brian Crower valve springs and titanium retainers. Would these suit 272 cams? Is there a point of changing my cam gears? I'm also doing a turbo upgrade sometime in the near future when I can afford it.

I’d get new rockers as well. Springs will be fine, I used the kit from Ferrea. As for the pulleys, I stuck with the standard set to keep VVT for a long time. Once the GTX3071 went on though I went with a set of fixed pulleys. Depends on how far you’re going.

Thanks mate, I've Gone a different direction now. I ordered 258 cams and I'm putting in some nitto forged pistons.
