Why a closed meet?

If an S15 shows up let it in, simples..

Meets are hard enough without someone having to control who is and is not allowed to the party.

I say just go with the flow and hope enough cars turn up

As far as I'm aware Darren it is the Cafe itself that controls the carpark, I was told to give the list of number plates to them if we wanted it closed. In an ideal world what you suggested would be perfect but if its a unclosed meet there isnt anything stopping the Saxo Owners Club rocking up. I'm easy I'll do whatever but that was the purpose of having a closed meet.

At the moment its open do we just want to leave it see what happens? I mean there's probably only going to be 5 or so of us anyway odd Clio might be good company! :nod:

In that case a closed meet could be better if we have the numbers.

But a couple of S15s in a car park could look a bit sad.

Given only 4 people have given number plates it could be best to leave it open so people are not put off coming?
