Varietta convertible motor problem

anyone with a varietta???my roof stopped working,
the top won't go down, i checked the fuse all good.
anyone know how to reset the motor?

Hi mate! Did you work out what the problem was? Same thing is happening with my new varietta. I get the flashing warning light when the clips are attached but when I disconnect them no light flashes and hood doesn't move, cant hear motor either. Hope you worked it out! Thanks man

i went to many electric shop, none of them can fix it.
so i can't drive it with roof top down..
im sick of it...

yeah my mechanic fixed it.
mine was the motor, costed me $1,400 all up
the motor itself 800 bucks

No, I am just handy with a multimeter and the fact that I have never seen a varietta up close, makes it interesting.
