Turbo Gaskets

So I'm awaiting my new turbo and have been doing some searches for gaskets. Is there a specific type of meterial to look for? Would it be safe to purchase some on ebay?

I will also be installing my new exhaust manifold, but won't need the exhaust manifold gasket as I just replaced that when I had the head gasket replaced. Do you know of any companies that sell all the gaskets as a set?

I've seen different types of material used as gaskets. Is there a specific type I should stay away from?

I would generally aviod ebay ones. Seen many forum posts about them failing very quickly. I got mine through one of the traders on sxoc. Couldn't tell you which one off the top of my head though.

I've only seen gaskets fail due to nuts working loose and bowed manifold flanges, I never had a gasket issue as I used locking nuts and always flattened all mating faces before fitting.

My turbo setup has an external wastegate.
