the damn governer

ok so i got my 01 spec-r a few days ago finally, and everything is running great for now. i couldnt have asked for anything better, but one thing i noticed the first time i hit the autobahn was that i hit 180k in 4th and as soon as i hit 5th it was governed at around 200k. so what im asking is this, what would be the cheapest and easiest way to get it takin off so that i can get full use of 5th and 6th gear. any help is appreciated.

We in the UK cure this when a mph converter is fitted to the combination meter. The 180kph limiter becomes a 180mph limiter.

Most of the decent fuelling computers will bypass the limiter. I believe the Nismo 280kph combination meter sorts the problem too.

Alot of aftermakret speed meters cure this also. I'm running an "Ultra digital speed meter" (Ultra is the brand) and I've reached speeds well over 180km/h. It's pretty funny seeing the needle continuing past the 180km/h mark
