Any idea if the ECU would be plug'n'play with an S14 lump? I understand the S15 ECU is tweaked slightly compared to the S14, for the extra ~20bhp, so would be interested to know.. if it will I might make you an offer...

ECU is still for sale?

My car does not have the NATS (Nissan Anti Theft System) and the chip on the key. I don't think the ECU from an S15 with that system is compatible with a car that does not have that. Does your car have that system?
