Spec S to Spec R motor

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to swap my Spec S motor for a Spec R and was wondering if anyone knows if its a direct swap "plug-n-play"? I'd be getting the Engine, ECU, and the harness. The only thing I would have to get separately that I know of is an intercooler. I'm going to keep my 5 speed MT.
