seat broken help asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!

has anyone seen this before one of the brackets that bolts the seat to the car floor snapped. can this be welded ?

cant see why it couldnt be welded? is it the driver or passanger seat?

driver seat. to late to do anything now so will have to wait till next saturday do see if it can be fixed.
