The Nissan Sports Car Club was invited to participate in the Show n Shine day at Eastern Creek Race track, Sydney, on the 22nd May. 14 members arrived early with cars cleaned to within an inch of show room condition and equiped with our new club banner and flyers we set about capturing interest in our great club.
The day was an enormous success with lots of spectator activity around our pride and joys.
We also had 3 cars partaking in the track event with one in particular(Wayne's 180SX) putting down some very impressive times. D.Coghlan had gearbox failure on the second day so ended up as one of the display vehicles.
The club was thrilled at the end of the day to pick up 3 individual trophies and 1 club trophy,which,when considering we are a predominately a track orientated club, was a fantastic result.
