Need advice on buying a Nissan S15

Is a 2001 Nissan S15 Spec R worth $17000 New Zealand dollars ($12000 American dollars)

135000km on the clock
6 speed manual converted

With the following mods:

Aftermarket front mount intercooler
Aftermarket Fenix radiator with twin cooling fans
HKS airfilter
Aftermarket dump pipe
X-force 3" rear exhaust
BC Gold adjustable suspension
Rear camber & toe arms
Nismo 2 WAY Differential

Also what should I look out for?

That's pretty average price for them..Good clean examples have actually gone up here in Australia because the numbers are dropping and they are the last of the Silvias...Just make sure it hasn't had a lot of track time and check underneath for damage..having a 2 way diff it might have done some drifting....

Probably a bit late now, but if its a manual conversion then it may still have the auto injectors/ecu. The auto didn't have the lsd either which is possibly why they replaced it with the nismo.
